How do I switch Control + End to go to the end of the document, not the end of the line?

I just know that on my Mac SNOW OS, I can do this by OPTION KEY + END KEY. I don't know about a PC other than that I'd be surprised if there weren't keystrokes for this. Hope that helps a teeny bit. Paul

You need to press Ctrl + End at the same time. =) If you press Ctrl, release it, THEN press End, it will go to the end of the line instead of the end of the document.
