Is your business located outside Texas or the United States? No worry. I accept "long distance" and local clients.

By using email, telephone, and fax, working long-distance is no problem on most projects. However, there are some exceptions, such as projects that require direct observation of procedures at your place of business.

If you are located in North Texas and your project requires on-site meetings, I am conveniently located between Dallas and Fort Worth and will be happy to meet with you.

The purpose of user documentation is to provide clear instructions thereby reducing calls to technical support by frustrated customers. If your tech support line is constantly busy, your help system should be reviewed.
